Our President

Shane Shaddox

Shane is the President and Owner of Division 7 Construction. He took ownership of Division 7 Construction in 2021, with the goal to bring superior quality and dependability to customers that Division 7 Construction is known for. Originally from Iowa, hard work and respect were instilled in him from an early age. Shane made Colorado his home, moving here after college, taking the lessons he learned from Iowa with him, he is driven by a desire to make a difference in the community and others’ lives. With a background in construction and strategic consulting, coupled with his commitment to building strong relationships and a hands-on approach, Shane has a unique skillset that allows him to lead one of the most respected caulking and waterproofing companies in the Denver Metropolitan Area.
